How do I know what I need?
Our data collection specialists offer free consultations to all our rental customers. We will help you determine what type of hardware and software you need. Our barcode rentals are commonly used for inventory, asset tracking, lead collection and ticket checking.

How fast can I get my order?
The more lead time the better, however, we can get you rental equipment quickly if you have a rush job. We rent equipment for a week at a time, and you chose the date you want to receive the equipment. Then, you just ship it back to us in one week. The end of the year is always a very busy time for barcode rentals, so be sure to order as early as possible for December.
How much do barcode rentals cost?
Barcode Readers: $200 per unit, per week.
Desktop Inventory Software C/W Report & Barcode print: 100 per week
Barcode Printers: $150 per week per printer
Barcode Reader and Printer Combo: $399 per week (For all)
What comes with a barcode rental?
Everything you need to do your inventory or other data collection activity. We include docks, cables, power supplies and other essential accessories. We also provide standard Inventory software used in warehouse and other applications. Our technical support staff is available Monday thru Friday from 9 am to 5 pm to assist you, as needed.
What kind of software do you provide with rental units?
If you need a standard reader program for applications such as inventory, we have it! If you need something a little more custom or special, we can program it quickly.
