Full-day classroom courses run from 9am to 5pm with an hour break for lunch.

Payment Policy: Tuition for training classes must be paid in advance. We cannot guarantee your course seat until payment has been received in full. Payments should be sent at least one week prior to class date to guarantee your seat. Please send payment directly payable to “Guavasoft Sdn Bhd” Banker : “CIMB” Bank Account No : “800 754 6264”
Tuition Refund Policy: Tuition will be credited due to attendee cancellation only if GUAVA ERP Software, has been notified at least 48 hours prior to the class date. Refunds will NOT be made to students cancelling after the 48 hour cutoff. No Exceptions. GUAVA ERP reserves the right to cancel any class. In the case of cancellation, the student will be notified by email and all fees will be credited.
